April 28, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until April 30, 2021
Interested in keeping your child cavity-free during the pandemic?
Healthy Teeth, Healthy Me (also known as Homewood Infant Oral Health Program) is open to participants! During this free virtual visit over Zoom, participants will discuss how to keep children cavity-free. The virtual visit includes a toothbrushing demonstration on a spirited toddler and time for participants to answer questions tailored to the family’s needs. This oral health education is intended to minimize dental treatment needs, particularly during the pandemic, and establish healthy habits. At the end of the visit, participants will be given the resources to facilitate the scheduling of a child dental visit. Prior to the virtual visit, participants can receive a porch drop-off of oral health supplies for free!
Participation Requirements: Participants must live in Homewood, have a child under 3 year old, and email to schedule the porch drop-off at email@example.com
Length of Visit: 1 hour
Date and Time: Wednesdays from 9am- Noon
