Art at the CEC - Homewood
The University of Pittsburgh's Community Engagement Center in Homewood, understands the transformational power, conversations, and influence artwork has had on the black community and villages dating back to pre-1619. Because of this, the Homewood CEC is committed to forming strong collaborations with various artists both locally and worldwide and not only showcasing their works and talents; but providing them a platform to collaborate with the University of Pitt, have their works purchased, and workshops around the importance and value of cultural expression through the artistic lens.
