This report was created in collaboration with U3 Advisors and commissioned at the request of Pitt’s Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Office of Engagement and Community Affairs.
Our project planning team identified a strong need to create clear career pathways into the life sciences ecosystem in Southwestern PA, especially for non-degreed workers. Our goal is to organize understandable and accessible life science career pathway maps to help interested individuals navigate a rather complex industry.
