Coaching Boys into Men (CBIM) is a program that provides middle school and high school athletic coaches with the resources they need to promote respectful behavior among their athletes and positively influence how young men think and behave both on, and off, the field.
The CBIM curriculum consists of a series of coach-to-athlete discussions that illustrate ways to model respect and promote healthy relationships. Coaches deliver the cards once a week for about 15 minutes and encourage discussion among the athletes about the weekly topic using core lessons taught in athletics.
